I've only been going there a short time but in that time after my first cut he remembered everything about my hair. Great conversations, intelligent, knowledgeable..just in awe after my haircut today. "There's no finer haircut in New London for the money. Fairly classic barber shop with some small modern twists that add to the experience instead of detract. Staff is friendly, place is CLEAN, and every haircut, shave, and adjustment I've had there has been great. I won't go anywhere else. Every barber in there works HARD to get your hair the exact way you want it... Even if you don't know what you want. They will figure it out. Although appointments aren't always required, i suggest scheduling ahead. It's worth it. And, if you need a small adjustment, or a minor shape up (i get my hard part "refreshed" after a week) it's usually just a matter of stopping in and asking nicely. A minor courtesy styling (with a touch of product) is complimentary if you ask for it. There's usually a quick shoulder/neck rub at the end as well, which is a welcome addition to the classic barber shop experience. Tip well, the cuts themselves aren't expensive but the experience and results feel like they should be."
