"I am new to the area. Went here based off of the reviews as well as their menu. First I was disappointed with there only being 2 pedicure options when I desired one off of their online menu. Next was I can't tell you how many times I watched her drop tools on the ground. Pick them off the floor and use them. I work in this industry and that is a massive no. Next was countless products I saw with the caps missing. Allowing stuff to get inside then watched them be used on clients. I got a pedicure and 3 of my toes ended up bleeding. It's been 4 days now and my big toe is still in pain and hurts to wear shoes. I asked for my toenails to be clipped however they got hacked down as far as possible. My big toe is red and clearly inflamed. The only reason for 2 stars was the lady spoke to me for 5 minutes and was very sweet. I will never go back as I truly do not see how they would pass an inspection. I hope their workers are licensed. But based off of my toes as well as lack of following procedures for cleanliness. I do truly ponder . Being in the industry I hate to leave reviews that aren't good. However. I truly picked this place based off of that. And I wished I would have gone elsewhere."

"We are new to the area and have tried several salons. None of which we felt like the tech actually cared about what they were doing. Brian was nice, talkative and welcoming. He too his time, and didn't rush. He even had patience to do my 10yrs olds nails. I felt relaxed! Well deff be back soon!"

I went in with nails messed up from another salon and instead of simply working over them, she told me that for her to do a really good job and for them to stay on, she would take them all off and re-do them. She had me come back before closing and saved the whole last hour and a half of her day fixing my nails and they. are. everything!! They look like way better in person than in pics but I still linked a couple"
