"Terrible theater- stay away. Its worth the 10-20 min drive to get to decent theater. They sold more tickets than they had seats. I asked manager to bring folding chairs bc I felt badly for kids sitting on the floor in the back. There were maybe 2-3 empty seats scattered throughout in the theater- but at least 8-10 kids were sitting on the floor. I am certain theater had more people in it than fire marshall would allow. It got hot & uncomfortable. Ever sit in a hot theater? Kids were getting thirsty bc of heat- but concession stand closed at 8:30- even though movie started at 7:45. The two little teenage girls who were left totally alone to run the whole theater tried to help. They filled red solo cups with water and were literally carrying cups of water to kids sitting in the theater. I’ve never seen anything like this. The lights also came on 20 min before the end of the movie. Kids were saying they couldn’t see the screen bc room was so lit up. I went looking for any worker to help turn off lights-but no one was around. My son and I were literally calling out for help- no response. We found the two girls in a back closet- Were they hiding? Couldn’t blame them- I Felt badly for these young girls. They were so young and clearly nervous bc people were upset in the theater and they were left alone to run the whole place. How do you leave two young teenagers to run a movie theater alone? How dangerous. To their credit, they tried to help- but they did not know how. I’d never let my kid work there. Felt badly for everyone. It was really awful. We needed a nice little theater in our town. I was hoping new owner would do something nice here. Nope. I will never go back again."
"Been there twice in a week. No one working at concession. Waited 10 minutes. The movie next door was so loud I could hear it in my much quieter movie. Ladies room out of tp. Both shows I attended were almost empty so not sure why conditions were so poor."
"This past Saturday My fiance & I & our service dog were in Mt. Kisco having dinner on Main street & decided to go to the movies. As we walked into the Mt. Kisco Theater we were warmly greeted by Paul the Manger & his staff who with a big smile made us feel like regulars to his theater. We purchased the tickets & then snacks & walked into the Theater . It was extremely clean & comfortable & just the right temperature. After the movie ended as we were walking out Paul & his staff actually asked if we enjoyed our movie & I was so impressed with their concern that I asked for a picture with them & proudly said we would come back to Mt. Kisco & would love to come again to this Theater again & all because of Paul & his very polite & friendly Staff. We also live about 1& 1/2 hours from the theater but would give them the business again as they are well deserving of it. In today's world it's rare to find people who work for a company that treat it as their own. Paul & his staff do just that when you go to the movies at Mt. Kisco theater."
"I would love 3.5. Staff was friendly but from ticket purchase (took 5 min at kiosk because of confusing program, never encountered this at AMC) to nachos with “cold” cheese. Everything was lackluster. I really want to see them succeed, so I hope that it does get better with time. I missed having a theater here, that being said, if you don’t need the hoopla or the food, it’s so convenient so give it a go."
"Last friday JAnuary 10th 2020, 1:00pm, I went to watch 1917 and believe me that the simple experience of watching a movie was awful. I'm a film director, and I have a few recommendations to suggest to the management of this movie theater. The movie was screened at room 4 and I do understand that you guys have to have light in the room to help people find their seat but the light shouldn't influence the screen canvas. Attached I'm providing photos that I took with my cell phone that can show you the lightning washing out the image...and another detail is the screen canvas has like dirtiness and holes where you can see undesired effects like dead pixels."
