"I have been going to Hair Haven for about 2 years. I have had my hair done by 2 different stylists and my daughter also gets her hair done by a different person. Everyone does a beautiful job. All the people I see leaving when they’re done look fabulous. To the woman who had a bad experience with her color, she recommended to not go to Hair Haven at all. That’s silly. Just because you don’t like how one stylist did your hair you write off the entire place?!? They also offer facials, wax and eyelash lift and tint. The person who was there when I first went, Krista was wonderful and did a beautiful job. Krista is no longer there but Jada is the one who does the facials and stuff now. I HIGHLY recommend her. The products she uses are high quality but you don’t pay a million dollars for a facial. One time with her you’ll definitely be going back. For sure."

"I’ve been sitting on writing this for a long time but I’ve finally decided to share my experience. I went in asking for a balayage with oranges and reds, to look naturally ginger. I showed the stylist, who I won’t name, example photos. She told me she could absolutely do it for me. I sat in that chair for FIVE hours. I know hair coloring takes long, but I’ve never had it take so long. I made it very clear I didn’t want my roots touched at all because I don’t have time or money for touch ups. She touched my roots and bleached them in very odd spots. All she practically did was give me highlights because there was absolutely no oranges or reds added to my hair. My hair was absolutely fried and I can’t get it back to its original state without cutting it all off. The back of my head was splotchy, one single bunch of hair would have splotches of different colors on it. My friends and family even told me it looked horrible. It wasn’t remotely close to what I asked for, the stylist honestly did a terrible job. Everyone told me to call back to have it fixed but I wouldn’t want her touching my hair ever again. I’ve also never expected it to be a $500+ service, ESPECIALLY with how terrible it turned out and it not being anywhere close to what I asked for. I haven’t been able to financially recover from it. I was ready to drop a couple hundred, the average amount for what I wanted and have spent in the past, not that. I 10000% do not recommend going here ever and I regret it immensely."
