"DO NOT GO HERE. I do not recommend going here, I asked for 3 inches off and a little trim on my angles, she gave me 4 almost 5 inches off and cut my angles all the way to my chin and the other side to the middle of my neck, so it’s very un even and we both agreed middle neck for both sides of my hair, this was the second time she’s done this. Will not be going here ever again, if I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"I have being coming to Great Clips to cut my hair for over a year. You’re able to check in online and they will send you a text message when you can start heading in the hair salon. The haircut cost is around $20 but what really makes me coming back month after month is Soyoung, she is the best hair stylist that I ever had. I didn’t have one bad hair cut yet with her!!! Soyoung is the only one that cuts my hair, she is professionally knowledgeable, if you live in ludlow or close by and need a haircut go to Great Clips and remember this name “Soyoung”. You won’t regret it!"

"Until my last hair cut I would have given two extra stars. But for my last hair cut my side swept bangs were butchered. This picture was taken directly after walking out. I was speechless when the girl started cutting them. Normally I have to ask people to go a little shorter a few times. I knew with the first cut they would be to short. She was new and none of the other hair dressers said anything or offered to help. Im not one for confrontation so I paid and left while trying not to cry. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable. I contacted another hair dresser and have to wait to fix them until they grow. I’ll be wearing headbands for awhile I guess. Even though I like the way three of the ladies cut my children’s and my hair I’m not sure I’ll be going back."
