Hope African Hair Braiding

"So I made an appt for 9:30 am and when I showed up nobody was there. There was also another person there but only one braided. Between waiting for someone to open up and someone starting my hair. I waited nearly an hour. I wanted to get large box braids and I made that very clear. I even gave the woman examples. I took a quick look at it before leaving because I was late to an appt. Once I finally got home and settled. My hair was a mess. The parts were horrendous. She was combining parts for two braids into one. I complained to the owner hope. They had me come in a few days later to fix it. She redid my hair and honestly it still isn't the best but good enough. Please do not go here."

"I made an appointment with her a month in advance. First of all When the appointment day arrived she was almost half an hour late which is extremely unprofessional and shows how little she cares for her clients. When she finally came, Hope acted like I never asked for her specifically to do my hair when I have texts that prove otherwise. She asked another employee in the shop to do my hair, even though said employee said they weren't certain on how to do the type of style I wanted. So I left. And she didn't look like she cared about wasting my time. If you want a professional that treats clients with respect, don't go to her."
