"Disappointing. I was made to pay $10 for a bagel with cream cheese and tomato, onion and avocado. The kid tried putting my toppings in the toaster with the bagel and I had to stop him. Then the next time the guy just told me they couldn't do that anymore. I'm a vegetarian and the one sandwich I can eat besides a grilled cheese is this tomato, mozz and pesto sandwich which is TERRIBLE. 95% bread."
"I ordered on the Panera app and it got delivered to the wrong people (not paneras fault), and Zack (or Zach sorry don’t know the spelling) at this location called the driving company and helped me figure out what happened with the order and made my experience easy and less stressful. I appreciate how he went out of his way to assist me through this and for his professionalism. Thank you again!"
"Manager is rude. Went to tons of other Panera bread and order my sandwich in a salad because I can't eat the bread. This guys Is so rude it is unbelievable. Really told me he is not supposed to do it because I'm wasting him money!!! I paid over $50 by the time I left the place. Not happy with the service and before I even got into the place lady wouldn't move her car over so I could get out of my truck. Parking spots are to small. Than I find out she works there... don't go here."
"The food here is very good. But it is also very expensive for what you get. 2 cups of soup paired with 2 half sandwiches. One Refresher drink, (Strawberry, lemonade, mint, yum) and a brownie for $23. I got the dessert because it’s supposed to be .99 but I asked for the kitchen sink cookie and the cashier apologetically said that ‘for some reason’ THAT cookie wasn’t included in the promotion. All this would have been okay, but there was more lettuce than chicken salad on the sandwich. I asked for butter and a knife to go with the side of bread that comes with the soup. I was given 3 tsp sized pats and no knife. I stood waiting for the person to come back to me to ask for the knife at least and I was never acknowledged again. Good service and more chicken on the sandwich would have raised the rating."
"Panera has definitely improved their menu. I Ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich online with extra meat and payed an additional $2.65. I also had a strawberry mint lemonade. The order was done quickly. This location is conveniently located, its clean and seams organized. The food taste was excellent. my only complaint would be that I was not given the extra $3 of steak that I paid for. If I did then they must give you about a quarter of an oz for extra meat. Even at Yankees stadium you get more meat for a $15 sandwich."
