"Yesterday my family ordered for delivery for 6 pm. They showed up with it at 4:45, I wasn’t home yet naturally.. they left it and one drink short. They did not want to refund anything and it was their errors. Rude, poor customer service. We were a repeat customer. We will use another restaurant now."

"There was an issue with our Slice order. After an hour of not arriving, we called the restaurant, Justin let me know the restaurant was just closing and the kitchen had already closed. When we let him know what happened, he very kindly reopened the kitchen, made our food AND delivered it. Everything was delicious (as always) and we were so grateful to receive our order after a lengthy, busy evening at a local healthcare facility. Giovanni's is always a quality experience. We love dining-in whenever we can, it's a warm atmosphere and the food is terrific, a price-point for everybody."

"The waiter was attentive and helpful with a good sense of humor. The prime rib was excellent, the swordfish fresh but a bit over cooked, ( he offered to do over) the chicken dish spicy and delicious and the scallops, mussels and shrimp , and veal nicely prepared with fresh, good sides. A huge basket of bread appeared with the drinks and the salads were fresh. Fabulous dessert assortment ! Loved the high top table-"

"I've been meaning to leave a review about the fantastic pizza here. I haven't tried anything else in years, but their pizza is my go to every time! Loaded with toppings, perfect thickness, not floppy which is my pet peeve. Fast delivery!! I also want to come here to say how disappointing it is that people who claim to have been satisfied with the restaurant for years will leave a 1 star review from one bad experience. Where was your review the 100 good times? Shame on you. Everyone makes mistakes, and restaurants rely majorly on reviews to attract new customers. Please be cognizant of this before publicly trashing a restaurant that you are usually satisfied with because of one bad experience. Take it up with the restaurant so they have a chance to fix it first."
