"Building Management doesn’t care. Our Apartment was given to us in filthy and poor condition, walls are very thin. The fitness room is dirty, sad, and unventilated. Shopping carts everywhere. Garbage disposal system in place is unsanitary (the trash shoot fills up within days and residents leave trash in the halls). Some residents are loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night. Stay away this building is a complete rip off. UPDATE: THE INSULATION AND HVAC SYSTEM IN MY UNIT IS TERRIBLE. $600 Eversource bill just to keep the place warm in the winter. There is also a leak above my bedroom window when it rains that has not been fixed even though I was told it would be. Also there are ROACHES because the garbage shoot is always full. Can’t wait to leave. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS."
"Went to view this place and there was trash everywhere. The entire parking lot had trash scattered everywhere. There were negative reviews stating this very thing and that management isn’t on top of things a sure enough, even after calling and addressing this issue with them and they ensured that they are on top of things here and everything is well maintained… I drove into what looked like a dump. To make matters worse, you’d think they’d clean up before showing a place. There was a shopping cart full of trash in the hallway, and the “renovated” apartment that was shown to me was not clean . If that wasn’t enough, the entire place reeked of urine . The halls, the elevator, the lobby, everything. Someone peed everywhere or let their dogs loose. This place needs to be inspected by the health department."
"This place is run by scammers They are more than happy to take your rent and do ABSOLUTELY nothing else for their residents. Emails and calls go unanswered. When you do get an email response its a one liner about how the guy is out of town. When you do get someone on the phone, its the "door man" who says he can't help. Here are two issues I experienced / am currently experience to illustrate how inept (or malicious?) they are. 1 - When we were in our "free month" (we signed a 13 month lease w/ one month free) they charged us in the resident portal. I called and emailed the leasing company and was told the charges would be removed from my account per our lease agreement. Surprise surprise, after 15 days past the 1st of the month I received a letter under my door stating I was non-complaint and I owed full months rent and extra late fees and possible legal action. The best part was the note at the bottom of the form WITH ONLY PLACEHOLDER text. Literally it said "phone number here" and "email here". 2 - Staff broke our living room window in August of 2022 when trying to repair it. It has remained broken since. 9 months of calling, emailing and opening new support tickets and NOTHING. This management "company" is garbage. If I could give it 0 stars I would."
"The building is currently under new management from a office in New Jersey and currently the entire renting process is ATROCIOUS. Firstly their website is filled with outdated information and a dead number. Going to the property in person in worse since all the staff is so new, the process is horribly complicated. The apartment, I was looking to rent and was promised that it was going to be reserved for me while I leased was GIVEN AWAY without notifying me and I was consistently given the wrong information. Even worse this business uses outdated renting practices that were made in 1968 for considering new buyers. I was told I couldn’t qualify to rent when I sent in my application without even checking my credit score, then told they never received an application, and NOW they want me to submit an application fee. How could they have rejected me if they didn’t even check my credit score? Probably just so they can reject me again and pocket my money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!"
