"I’ve been living here for a few years now and I really love it. I feel safe with the secured gates and entrances and with all my neighbors. The management staff is very professional and helpful as well; they keep the building clean, constantly updating the landscaping outside and provides maintenance 24/7 , which is huge! Also the management & maintenance staff is so very nice and friendly even when something needs to be repaired unexpectedly they are accommodating and professional at all times. 5 stars ⭐️ Sincerely, Andrea Burtis 95 Morgan"

"Been here for over 18 years. Management has always been helpful and responsive. Maintenance is encouraged as soon as a problem arises. Grounds are up kept very well. Parking is a challenge from time to time."

"I have lived here since September and despite the age of the building, everything is well-maintained and they respond quickly to any need. The rooms and balcony are larger than many on the market. A quiet building, lots of families and people of all ages. Parking is not great, wish they had assigned spaces, but other than that The Morgan is a good value for the rent. Not a sexy apartment complex , but it has all the basic needs and those needs are well-maintained. Very responsive."

"Apartment is old but very well maintained, zero pests and your work orders get resolved fast. Leasing staff is very professional. Only gripe is that in-unit washing machine is very small and ineffective at washing, but you have the common laundry unit which is good. I would definitely recommend staying there."
