"Location for the hotel is ideal as it's fairly close to most things. The hotel itself looks new but feels older and worn in if that makes sense. The parking garage suffers from only having one exit which makes getting out backed up at times. Service was decent. Although the restaurant and bar staff were a little slow serving at times."

"Rooms are very outdated. To the point of run down. Not sure how Marriott lets these properties/franchises stay a Marriott. Parking is over priced like any other hotel. The entire hotel is run down and dumpy. It's clean. That's about the only saving grace. Do not book."

"We stayed for two nights with group of 3 and a pet. This was suppose to be a leisure trip, but the hotel staff during checking in was just rude and tried to make us pay more. I paid for 4 ppl stay with breakfast. They first told me breakfast was not included. Then after showing proof from email conformation, they were like okay fine, sure. And then they had the audacity to tell me only 2 ppl can have breakfast!! What about the other person, and they gave me a nasty attitude. Then after showing e-mail again, the light skin black dude told me alright fine again! And wrote something on the card. Also, changed our room because we had a pet, while I had booked WITH the pet and paid extra. Then charged me twice full price, by mistake (it was already paid before). I didn’t even know until I checked my bank. When I approached them again, he told us “it is hotel policy, it will come off in 2 days.” You could have admitted that you made a mistake smh. The hotel is smaller than pictures, rooms are outdated. Next day when we went to eat breakfast, the waitress argued again that It will only cover 2 ppl, and we have to pay for beverages. At this point I was just so annoyed by them, so just ended up paying again for the 3rd person. The breakfast was basic, average. Oh, and they also charged another cleaning fee for pet. NEVER staying again. This hotel is conniving and money pit. There are bunch of better hotels in the area, with breakfast, NICER staff. Do Not Recommend!"

"I am a lifetime Gold Elite member. I stayed at this location this week and it was a 1 star experience. NO hot water in the morning. Cmon man. $400 for the room and an ice-cold shower? Unacceptable. Also, this hotel is right next to i95. I was on the 12th floor and the 18-wheelers flying by all night were very loud. There are better options in the area."

"she’s an older “grand hotel” but is still in top shape concerning service, comfort, and cleanliness. Stayed for two days. Really helpful and professional staff. The manager is serious about good service. He was very visible on the premise. Great leadership there. Parking garage was excellent and free! Upper club for executive members was nice. There’s a make your own Gelato machine! Bed was very comfortable, and for being right next to 95, it was very quiet. The location convenience makes it even more worthwhile. Will stay again anytime."
