"I’ve had such a great leasing experience! Christopher has been so amazing to work with! From the first viewing, to answering all of my many questions, to welcoming me on my first day and accommodating my move in schedule, he’s been absolutely amazing and one of the reasons I signed on the spot! Such great customer service and communication! Thank you Chris! :)"
"We would like to sincerely give thanks to Andrea Hall who made our transition from an old unit to a new one as seamless and smooth as possible. We started our correspondence with Andrea a month before our lease expired and she guided us with step by step instructions on how to properly proceed and was in constant communication via email and in-person throughout! Thanks so much Andrea! If you have any questions regarding anything about Continuum, Andrea is a great and amazing resource who will guide you every step of the way!"
"Me and my boyfriend recently moved in. Christopher helped us throughout the entire process and was very friendly and helpful. He was available at most times and gave us quick responses. The building is very fresh and has a "newly cleaned" smell throughout the house. When we first moved in we had a few issues with the kitchen sink and our key, but after requesting help from the front desk, they issued all the problems very quickly. However, since it was urgent we had to request it a few times to get it done right away. The majority of the receptionists are helpful and kind even though there are a few exceptions. Overall, we are very pleased with the amenities, the interior, and the location of the building. It is very close to the train and it is just a walk away from the main street for shopping and food. We love our new apartment!"
"I lived here for 18 months it was by far the worst experience I've had in an apartment building for a number of reasons. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Even negative stars if that option was available. I'll start with the positives. The unit I lived in was nice. The building is close to the train, which makes for an easy commute into the city. That's the extent of the positive experience. Now for the negatives. 1. The previous building manager was unprofessional, rude and incompetent. She attempted to have me evicted from my apartment under false pretenses, and tried to strong-arm me out of paying $5000 that I didn't owe, or else she would contact the property management attorneys. After several rounds of explaining that I didn't owe any additional money (always keep paper trails in emails!), she withdrew her eviction notice stance. I believe the new manager is better, but I was so frustrated with the old staff that I didn't bother to renew my lease. 2. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the leasing office. In person, they often have a shade down over the leasing office door, and the door is often locked. It's totally unprofessional and unwelcoming. Many of the staff are rude and don't want to help with any request. My last interaction with a leasing agent was so appalling that I made the decision in that moment not to renew my lease. The new manager was very apologetic about the interaction, which was appreciated. 3. The gym is always hot and the thermostat is locked. The last time I was in the gym, portions of the ceiling were falling apart. 4. The parking situation is a joke. It sounds nice to have valet parking, but because the parking is through a third-party provider there is ZERO accountability from the building if anything goes wrong. I notified the parking staff verbally and in writing that I would be moving out in September, and I no longer needed parking after that time. They assured me that my parking had been cancelled, but I was still sent and invoice and charged for October parking. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and emailed the parking staff to AGAIN notify them that I wouldn't require parking because I don't live there anymore. What happened today? I was sent an invoice for November parking. The building staff will tell you "We can't do anything about it because it is a third-party" so they are completely unhelpful. I eventually had to contact the Corporate office for the parking to (hopefully) get things resolved. 5. On the day of my move out I made sure to reserve the service elevator for my movers ahead of time. On the day of the move, the service elevator key was nowhere to be found and it took at least an hour for someone to find it. When I found someone in the leasing office to ask for help, instead of helping the agent said "I just started and I don't know anything." 6. I logged onto the portal to pay for my final utility bill, which I paid on October 1st. I thought I was finished with this hell-hole of a building at that point, ready to live my life in peace. Instead, a leasing agent emailed me to say that I owed "final utilities". What are final utilities? I already paid utilities for the last month and now I'm being told that I randomly owe $30 for utilities in unit where I haven't lived in over a month. It's a nice enough building, but I would never recommend anybody move there. It's also very expensive for what you get, and there are lots of better options with much more professional staff. If you want an 18 month headache, this is the place for you."
"This place has had a big downfall in the past 2 years. It was great at first then they switched management and there is just unprofessionalism all around, especially with the leasing office. They can be pretty rude to me and unorganized. A hello to your residents or a smile would be nice. Once you're a resident, they stop caring about you. We were treated so well before. Now if I need my package and the concierge is gone, asking someone from the office when it's an urgent need, is no help. Before when I asked someone to grab my packages, they were able to? What changed? Also hot water was an issue for a good 3 months in the summer. Loud noises from neighbors in the middle of the night, loud music and there's no way to resolve anything there. They never reply on the new app and even that doesn't work. When I first moved here, people posted on the app all the time and there were fun events, nice residents and good community. Now that is all nonexistent. Maintenance guys are nice so nothing wrong there except short-handed. Concierge staff turnovers are very frequent and sometimes they don't know what they're doing but that's expected. I really wanted to resign another year but unfortunately I don't think it's worth it."
