"While living here for 6 months, fire alarm has gone off more than two dozen times, four of which were today at all hours of day and night. Waking up my children. One of which is 2. News 12 has been called. EZ Systems fire company has serviced unit and it has cleared testing yet still going off. Rent is extraordinary not to me to mention the awful smell of pot and filth that hangs in the hallway. Please, if you are considering renting here, don’t!"

"Concierge staff are great! Maintenance is very responsive and helpful. The leasing office helped me to easily update my lease to make unexpected changes. They also helped me with an issue that had came up. After a long struggle with the fire alarm system causing alarms to go off every night, the issue seems to be resolved and they finally communicated with us well about it."
