Looking for apartments here and the leasing manager (Sofia) was very good and accommodating the whole time. She was very transparent about the whole process; it seems like other folks in the review section might have had issues in the past. I am sorry to hear that. Apartment hunting in the area is a little frustrating so any good experience will get a good rating."

"I have just had amazing service! Thank you guys for your efficiency, courtesy, and for installing a new dishwasher! I am thrilled! 11/4/23. We love our apartment but do have two areas of concern. The first being the smoker on our corridor. The smoke pollutes the entire corridor, this in a non smoking building where a contract containing a non smoking agreement is signed by all tenants. . The second area of concern is the lack of security. Most days the door in the elevator area on the P1 level in the 100 building is wedged open and now the lock on the door does not close, and also frequently the door into the mail room is left wedged open. However the new garage doors are a big improvement. The gardens are beautiful and the dog run is a great addition for dog owners."
"The biggest problem with this place is that nothing is ever completed, fixed, addressed at a normal time. The walls have been half painted for four months. The elevator has been broken for 2+ weeks. The brand new garage doors are now broken and likely will not be fixed for weeks. An email was sent out about a week ago saying that there will be painters coming into our apartments to paint the doors and will be leaving the doors open to dry. I would say 80% of people who live here have pets. There has been no communication since. Someone should teach leasing to set up automated emails or texts letting residents know which floors have been completed so that regular people who have jobs and work can plan for their pets to be safe. All of these things are soooo simply fixed with timely communication to residents. It’s truly just laziness. You have many other options and brand new beautiful buildings going up all around Stamford. Choose another. The already low rating here speaks volumes. We will not be renewing. 9/14 UPDATE I wanted to provide an update here for anyone who is looking to rent at Parc Grove. About a month ago, PG hired a company to work on the floors - cement, re-carpet, etc. Unfortunately, cement from the floor work dripped down into the parking garage all over my brand new car on (pictures attached). This occurred on 8/19. We were told to go get a quote for the car to be fixed and forward it over to the leasing office. Due to the fact that there is now HARDENED CEMENT all over my drivers side door, the repairs are costly (about $2,400). I sent over the quote to the PG Leasing Office on 8/22, expecting this to be resolved quickly and simply. With the lack of trust that already exists between PG Management and myself, I followed my instincts and have not gotten the car fixed. I expect to be compensated first before I go in debt to this poorly run company who has yet to give us any sort of resolution. We have been in contact with Vincenza who assured us that “ownership” is aware of this matter. Meanwhile, I was discreetly informed by two people who work at PG that the Leasing Office is actually waiting for the flooring company to get them a check to be passed off to us. This is absolutely unacceptable. Let this be an example of who you are choosing to work with if you sign a lease here. Over three weeks later and we have been given the run around. Truly, I am shocked at the carelessness and lack of urgency to resolve this matter. Damage to my vehicle occurred while sitting in the PG garage, in the parking spot THAT I PAY FOR, caused by people hired by PG. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."
"I lived at Parc Grove for about 2.5 years and my experience can be best described as a rollercoaster ride with its ups and downs. While there were some aspects I enjoyed, I ultimately decided I needed to move out. When Sofi took over the complex, they were eager to make some improvements and begin a promising construction project with upgraded amenities. However, the initial excitement quickly faded as it became apparent that the project was plagued by delays. The courtyard and parking spaces were often cluttered with construction equipment and supplies, creating an eyesore and hindering access to parking spaces. The project's prolonged timeline led to constant disruptions and frustration among residents. The building itself exhibited numerous problems. The points of entry from the parking garage were insecure, posing safety concerns for residents. The lack of adequate package reception was a constant source of frustration for those of us who frequently received deliveries. Additionally, the shortage of guest parking spots caused inconvenience for visitors, leaving them with limited options. The breezeway was perpetually blocked by construction equipment, delivery trucks, and moving vehicles, making it difficult for cars to pass through. The pool is often overcrowded on weekends, and its cleanliness left much to be desired. A significant contributor to the overall discontent was the lack of effective communication from the management. They rarely kept us informed about the construction delays, leaving residents in the dark about the progress and timeline. Important issues were often swept under the rug, and the only communication we received seemed limited to office hours during holidays. As a ground-level resident, I also encountered a concerning issue with some fellow tenants approaching my windows and patio, especially dog owners allowing their dogs to do their business, creating an unpleasant environment and invasion of privacy. The best part of Parc Grove is the close proximity to Bedford Street. Access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment was convenient, and the friendly demeanor of some tenants made the community atmosphere enjoyable. The improvements that they made to the courtyards and pool have been nice, but was not enough to get me to stay."
