"BEWARE of doing business with this company. We went in to do a repair for the marble countertop. We informed them of the price before we went to do the repair and told them it would be per hour. We spent two hours doing the repair. We sent them invoices to collect payment and they have avoided us for months now. Now the manager Kevin is saying he just is not going to pay the bill. BEWARE."

"I took a tour of the building and it is amazing. First of all it has amenities rarely found in luxury buildings in NYC. For example, the elevators open in your apt. No hallways. You use a Key FOB to access your floor. The 100 bottle wine cellar for every apt. The space which is wonderfully designed and roomy. Highgrove has it all. I just wish it had 1 bedroom apts. I do not think it does. I looked at a 2 Bedroom and di not ask about 1 Bedrooms and they do not list them on the website."
