"I went on a tour last week to see a two bedroom. Hilary, who did the tour, was not really welcoming. She never introduced herself or really even had an introduction. She just asked for our photo ID and passed us a clip board with a paper to fill out in order to start the tour. there was never a “hello, how are you?” or anything. I only know her name because of her name tag. The lobby of the building where the leasing office is seemed very nice, but the 2 bedroom apartment that was shown to us in another building was nothing like the lobby. The two bedroom looked very gross and worn out. Maintenance was still working on the apartment and so there were tools everywhere, dust, boxes on the floor, and appliances laying around the counters. I can’t believe that apartment was even allowed to be shown. All cabinets were just very faded and chipped. The apartment just looked very worn out and disgusting. The hallways had poor lighting. The apartment was nothing like advertised. Everything just looked run down. Also, theres a parking garage that is apart metro residences, and we still had to pay for the garage even though we were touring the place."

"Tried calling the leasing department the first time the phone picked up but nobody spoke. The second time I was transferred and left a message. Since I was in the neighborhood I decided to step in for a visit. I was told that the woman was in a meeting and she cannot help me. She proceeded to ask me what my budget was. I explained I wanted to look at the facilities and sit down and talk about it but she continue to ask me what my budget was and did not offer any sort of support in regards to scheduling an appointment to talk about leasing options. Apparently they must not need people to lease apartments to . Very discouraging. I never write reviews but I had to for this one experience."

"I had a great 3.5 years living experience here. Decent apartment with good amenities. Very nice price. Great location! Very convenient for people who take train or drive to work. Apartment manager and staffs are very responsive and friendly. They took care of all my inquiries and requests. And move out process is also very easy, clean and transparent. No crazy charge or fine."

"I moved in a few weeks ago and I clearly came to the right place. There is a good tenant mix and all my neighbors seem to be solid, responsible people. Everyone in the office is wonderful and I am very well treated. The tenant mix is diverse and I am probably one of the oldest tenants. There are plenty of young people and families. As I say, it is a good mix. The amenities are great. I have top of the line appliances and the apartments have jacks to accommodate the latest in personal technology. There is a fitness room and there are two common rooms. The kitchen is very spacious and the bathroom is huge by apartment standards. Most importantly, the management and staff make me feel as though I am highly valued as a tenant. I made the right move."

"Metro Green Residences has been a good place to live. Management is always available to me when I need them. Stephanie has been great to me since day 1 of me moving here. Maintenance staff always pleasant and respectful. Efficient in any repairs that’s needed ( thankful I haven’t needed much repairs). Building is always safe and clean."
