"The Fern was really disappointing. Food is average and the portions are very small. The noise level is deafening. Service is fine but some of the staff had an attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Overall it is not comfortable and the atmosphere doesn’t feel natural."

"absolutely love!!! excellent food, service, and the atmosphere was so perfectly cozy and warm. the environment was so peaceful and welcoming to our group. went to this beautiful spot with family and we all had the best time. everyone was so sweet and friendly and were clearly so eager to make sure we had a wonderful time. the food was delicious and truly satisfied my entire group. we had ordered two margarita pizzas which were served crisp and fluffy with the perfect amount of toppings. everything else had beautiful flavors. all staff were so experienced and i wont hesitate to return with EVERYONE i know! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Wow. Just went to dinner there with my cousins and had the most wonderful time. First of all staff was very generous and welcoming from the very start, very proper and respectful. They were quick to sit us at the table. The restaurant is a beautiful space! Truly stunning. We almost immediately got asked for our drink orders and they came quite quickly. The appetizers were phenomenal. The meatballs were mouthwatering and the focaccia was to die for. The staff again was very kind and double checked our orders. I had an incredible margarita pizza and some of the chicken with mashed potatoes, both equally delicious and beautiful demonstrations of culinary arts! Although we were full for dessert, I wish I had gotten some. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and happy, we all sang happy birthday for the table near us (we didn’t even know them!) Once again the staff made us feel very welcomed and the food just made the experience all the more incredible. Thank you fern! Will be back again."

"The owners have done an outstanding job of renovating an old fire station into an attractive eatery. However, that is the end of the positives. The waiter had no idea of any of the items on the menu or the drink offerings. Our appetizer was served with our entrees, 45 minutes after ordering, even though we had asked for the appetizers to be served quickly. The special for the evening was scallops with pasta, glowing described. Note that scallops is plural, meaning multiple numbers. There was less than one scallop in the serving, minced into pieces so tiny it was difficult to find. Not enough to taste. The serving size of pasta and sauce was not much larger than an ice cream scoop. $32. All of the entrees were disappointing, except for the roast chicken. The one dessert option with chocolate was described with many great-sounding terms. It turned out to be Jello instant chocolate pudding with a small squirt of canned imitation whipped cream. We found service to be poor, serving size tiny, taste mediocre, and everything overpriced. May be our least enjoyable dining experience ever."

"I love this place! Such a spacious restaurant with friendly and knowledgeable servers. The bar is quite nice and accommodates many people. We love the pastas and pizza. The cocktails are delicious. Make sure to reserve early or come in on the later side (after 8 for locals) when seats open up. We’ll be back!"
