"Workers are excellent.dedicated and caring what they are doing.. but also the laundry machines always have a problem and still your money, can you guys swap into the credit card or app bases ones? So we don't have to deal with cash to load it."

"This place has an ongoing mold problem that they don't care to address. The maitence man mentioned that was the reason the tenant before me left. (November) A week ago, I’m doing deep cleaning in my bedroom and I discovered mold in the corner where my TWO y/o bed is. I called Maria(leasing office- who also handles maintenance) she said she’d send someone right over. Still waiting... I've called 3 times, left voicemails & nothing. I shouldnt have to keep applying mold removing products throughout my house. There has to be a bigger issue behind the walls or flooring. As you can see in my pictures. I have NEVER had an ongoing issue like this ANYWHERE i lived. Oh and the heat bill- expect to pay $400 - 500 a month in the winter. Whoever are leaving these positive reviews HAVE to be FRIENDS of the people working for Hampton Oaks Community. This place is a JOKE!"

"Everyone is extremely respectful and kind. Questions are always answered quickly and any concerns are resolved on the spot. I cannot express enough how happy I am that my application was approved, and that I am presently living there. The entire complex is peaceful, quiet, and the neighbors are the best. The apartments are in mint condition. Everything is close by as well."

"The apartment its self isn't bad. Nice space to live. The biggest issue is the large con ed bill. The apartments are everything electric so it's one huge bill. Even if you try to be modest with usage, the apartment is so drafty(after winterizing) the bill is hard to avoid. Avoid this complex if you can't afford $500+/monthly for electricity in the winter. Plus there was a whole village of critters living above me. You could hear them them tumbling, fighting, having sex and even give birth. I reported it to management but nothing was ever done."
