"Pros: - low amenity fees - utilities included - high priority maintenance don't quickly - nice sized, roomy bedrooms - no roaches or rats; they do have black ants Cons: - small kitchen and bathrooms (no exhaust) - indoor parking is dirty - low priority maintenance don't get done (uneven hardwood floor, ac wall units not working, windows with draft, etc) - lot of construction noise, hard to work from home sometimes - lot of road noise, especially on weekends"
"Move in was great apartment was great with one exception during move in they were "cleaning" one of the elevators and there were like 25 ppl moving in on the same day. Not very helpful."
"Very lovely area of the city to live in where it feels more like a community. The building is kept immaculate and there is good communication from the landlord. Their employees like Luz and Luis are my favorites bc they are kind."
"I met Mary and Lisa today at the leasing office and they are fantastic!!! They solidified my confidence in making the right choice to make 65 Prospect my home here in downtown Stamford. Can’t wait to move in!"
"Tried to lease an apartment with Lynn. The process was horrible. She said we would be able to move in on the weekend, and then didn't bother to call back or anything. So I decided to call her back and she said the apartment has been leased. Like how are you going to tell a tenant that you can move in then say you leased it to someone else? Anyway luckily i didn’t move in because my friend lives there and said that there apartment has rats and roaches. Its incredible and sad this happened. If you do decide to move in lease with someone else and not Lynn. A horrible manager"
