"Good Afternoon, I visited the Vault today and the leasing consultant Donnella McRae was absolutely amazing. She was funny, kind, professional and she was able to answer our questions that we have. I was very impressed with her knowledge. She showed us two apartments and was very happy with the results. I will most likely be moving there and I look forward to it"
"Everyone that works at the front desk and maintenance is a pleasure! Leasing office is ok. Everything was always clean. Good location if you take the train a lot. Expensive rent and amenities, you can definitely find better places for the same price. Rent goes up every year like most places but they are not interested in keeping the same renters in the building. TLDR; Not a bad choice but there are better options in Stamford."
"I’m two days into my lease and I think I made a bad decision already. First, I got an email my second day into the lease telling me I’m late on paying for 10/1. Which is impossible, because I only took the apartment on 10/8 and all fees were paid with the certified check as required by the building. The letter included language basically threatening the tenant into paying or else it would have impacts on things such as buying a home in the future. Truly unwelcoming. When I immediately emailed back, I was told it was part of an “automated process” and someone would call me the next day, the person who sent it couldn’t help me. Okay. Except nobody called. I had to call them, and confirm all of the monies I’ve already paid to them. Red flag one, but we managed to get that worked out. Second problem was that I wasn’t given my parking space number- I was given all of the necessary instruments to get into the garage, but no space number. I mentioned this on the call with Lexi. She told me to give her about twenty minutes to look it up and she’d call me back. I called back three more times over the course of the day because she never called back. Twice it went to a full voicemail and once someone else picked up, took my number, and said someone would call tomorrow. I’m dreading living here if this is how this begins. I still don’t have a parking spot number, despite paying for it."
"I was ghosted on Sunday's(8/20/2023) tour appointment. The agent never showed up and I waited in the lobby for two hours, it's funny that I kept receiving leasing office' call the next day, they pretended nothing happened, no explanation was given) Thanks for making a decision for me to not live there for terrible management..."
"Horrible experience, moving a client out of this building. We made sure to make reservations for elevator, and loading dock a week prior to move out. The loading dock was full of garbage which stank profusely, and was inaccessible for more than half of the day, causing the customer more time and money. As soon as the garbage is cleared out, the management wouldn’t let us park there, and instead proceeded to wash it down, making the entire area, wet and unusable until the water dries. We have worked with hundreds of buildings in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and have never experienced such mismanagement. The most frustrating part is even after we explained the delays would cost the customer more they didn’t care and wouldn’t make a change to their schedules. Don’t move here on a Monday!!!!"
