"The property Manager is so helpful and super nice. They worked with my mom who isn’t the best English speaker but they still made it easy for her. The apartments are Alena the area is beautiful no complaints with this place definitely worth looking into! Super nice and friendly people! I wrote this review two years ago, ask me today if I feel the same way and the answer is NO. Do better if you want to keep those 5 stars right now you’re not even worth ONE. So disappointed"

"Worst experience moving out of this place! They literally charged me for painting every room at $200 cost of a small one bedroom apartment I rented. I was even charged $400 dollars for a chip in the bathroom vanity sink that I was not at fault for and $200 for a clogged toilet I did not clog, just to name a few. In total I am paying off $2000 to include the fact that they also kept my $1750 security deposit. Only reason I'm even paying the balance is to save my credit, since its been reported that they send people to collections. I tried to contact them about these charges and they refused to respond. I'd also like to mention that they have a water/sewage problem. The water ran brown several times a month and no solution. They blamed the city and the maintenance workers even warned me to not bathe my daughter in the water at all. Overall, I would recommend looking at other places. Not to mention, their rent will go up every year! Just don't do it! Read all the reviews! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well."

"This has been my first experience moving in on my own. It has been great and Glenda has been extremely helpful since day 1. Maintenance is on top of things and everyone is very friendly. 10/10"

"We love our Ive property and our leasing agent Glenda was the absolute best. She helped us every step of the way. She always positions herself as available and is very responsive. Answered all of our questions and was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Do not live here!! I took excellent care of their unit and before moving, I did a deep clean and even took video as proof. Shortly after, I was hit with a shady itemized list of things that I supposedly left wrong in the apartment. The unit was under 600 square ft and they claimed that I left damages worth over $1400. They refused to return my deposit and sent me to collections for not paying an additional $100 added to my unjustified “wear and tear” bill. I tried reaching out to get additional details on their claims and they would not get back to me. They hide behind an LLC and don’t care about their tenants. These people are very shady and I would NEVER recommend them."
