"Since the emergence of the Novel COVID-19 Virus, the staff and property manager have been thorough and tenacious in their commitment to keep this building and all of us who live here, safe. When an unexpected a/c problem arose, their tenacity and commitment remedied that. "Very nice apartment. Nice residents. When they converted they did not insulate well. Paid over $300 for heating in December. Have complained numerous times but they will not bring the engineers in that designed the system. Load heating system runs all the time."
