"As a property owner with multiple units in the Western Mass area, I've had my share of experiences with various property management companies. Three years ago, I made the switch to MCP, and it's been a refreshing change. They beat out local competition for pricing and they maintain a fair and balanced approach with tenants, effectively supporting good tenants while efficiently handling the problematic ones. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a few negative comments. As an owner i would like my properties to be clean and respected, to provide a safe space for the families and people that rent there. I'm sure MCP has had to deal with their fair share of troubled tenants but at least in my case they handle situations safe and fast and ensure my properties are taken care of for myself and other tenants living their. "They never call you back, they also had a lot of excuses why I didn’t get my security deposit back, first it was call the landlord, then it was being the keys in, then it was we had to repair the apartment. Which was a lie because the apartment was newly renovated and I didn’t leave a scratch on the apartment. They’re the worst,definitely don’t recommend renting from them."
