Meadow Brook Apartments

"Mold, loose stairs, hollow doors, tiny kitchen, filthy and overpriced laundry facilities, unanswered work orders, and a leasing office with utter contempt for its tenants. Also an electric bill that’s mysteriously $300 per month. Moved to a bigger place with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and twice as much space and now the electric bill is down to $100 a month. I don’t care who you are, you deserve better."

"Worst place to live they fix nothing,update nothing,skunks and stray cats run ramped everywhere. Bugs and black mold everywhere. Water is so chlorinated and chemically modified you can't even drink it out the tap plus you can even smell it. Washer and dryers are so old they make your clothes smell worse than when they went in. The landscaping is very poorly maintained and grass is always burnt to dirt in the late spring all the way to winter. Sewage backs up into your tub twice a year if you are the last 2 apartments on the sewer line. 24/7 emergency maintenance is a total lie. Snow removal is never done when it needs to be you have to do it yourself or risk a fall on snow and ice cause they hardly ever salt anything besides roadways. Families here live with 4+ children in a 1 bedroom apartments of a mix of male and female. This place should be shutdown by the government."

"Absolutely the worst place ever. Break in's constantly. They don't fix anything. If you notify them about something broken they write it down and immediately throw it out when you leave. I've been accused of all kinds of things just for taking walk's during the day so you can't even take a walk or they assume your doing something illegal. It smell's like cat pee. There's black mold in the basement and the place is over all an under maintenanced, not sanitary death trap"

"Bug infested, stray cats running around, constant horrible smell in the air, old and worn kitchen equipment. The place is disgusting. Stay away."

"Absolutely the WORST place I’ve ever lived! If you laugh, the police will be called on you, if you play an acoustic guitar (softly) the police will get called on you. The neighbors, rudest as can be! They will try and pick fights with you. Stray cats pee all over the building, smells like death. Everything is cheaply made, doors, cabinets, like they haven’t gotten any updates since the 1970’s wish there was a 0 star button. Place is horrible! Rather live under a bridge."
