"Expensive rent. Very thin walls so its easy to hear next apartment. Paid laundry facilities - must use prepaid card- can not use coins. Rooms are large. So thats a plus. Each unit has their own storage cage area in the basement. Buildings are Surrounded by woods so its quiet. Should add a playground area for the kids.Grounds are grassy & flat. Yard/snow removal - maintenance is done by the resident handyman.."

"The best community and the scenery in Willington. It takes around 15 minutes drive to the University of Connecticut. Spacious and cost-efficient place. I would recommend this place for those who prefer a quiet neighborhood."
