"horrible maintenance, horrible management, it so convenient that the things that are including in rent like heat and hot water NEVER WORK! call maintenance and they tell me they are refusing to leave their house! This place is ridiculous. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy"
"People blocking your cars and taking your parking spot, this is an issued it's been for years Ivy Garden won't do anything about it! The WATER comes out real DIRTY, Have to let it run around 45 minutes, for those who got washer and dryer clothes still going to be dirty. Didn't want to do this review but have no choice! I've been living here for a few years thinking that this place it's going to change but it Won't! Don't do the same mistake we tenants did, renting in this complex! There are better options than renting in this complex and There's never a personal in the office since they never last and get fired so therefore no emergency contact or maintenance number to reach!"
