"I called for an application for these apartments. The person was really nice on the phone. My intuition told me I should take a ride to see how the apartments look. I must say there were a pile of leaves in the parking lot, that I think should be clean up. If management can leave a pile a leaves in the parking lot what else are they leaving. If you can't maintain a simple parking lot I know their not maintaining the the inside of the apartment. Imagine when there's a snow storm. I have take all this in consideration. I seen the other review that the place have roaches. I can't. Moral of the story. I'm happy I taken a ride to see what the apts look like,I don't think I would be happy living there."

"I lived here one full year one of the worst decisions I ever made. Management is very unprofessional doesn't care for noone safety and peace, she will harass you until the end if you get on their bad side, maintenance sucks everything falls apart and then they want to blame tennants for it. I requested for a medical reasonable accomodation months ago and never was responded too which now my year ends soon. Roaches in almost every apartment due to lack of pest control attention they give out pest notices like crazy but nothing is ever done. Caught maintenance doing car mechanic and washing cars but other tennants aren't allowed to do so. Maintenance will go to your apt while you not there and search through personal belongings, manager will use her sarcasm and manipulative ways to make it seem like she's doing her job but in reality everyone is leaving these apartments because most people aren't at peace here. Good luck to everyone here im glad I'm out of here soon."

"I have to say that this is a fair rate apartment. Cheap, but poor service. The apartment are poor decorated, the washing machine are not working (only dryer works, that makes no any sense). No package service. Maintenance is always late. Anyway, the WRTD bus station is very close to apartment thus convenient transportation to shopping malls."
