"Staff are rude, landlord is non existent. It’s a slumlord type of area. I lived here for over a year and half and the elevator was always broken. They were always having issues w the hot water and I was pregnant during the time I lived here as well so you could imagine going weeks w no hot water and being 7 months pregnant trying to boil water just to take a prison shower while suffering from medical back problem and auto immune disease that made it difficult to travel up and down the stairs with on top of being here almost my whole pregnancy. They do not compensate you at all for the rent and they want to claim that they clean but the stairs laundry room and hallways are always disgusting and filthy so what are you guys actually doing. In the process of trying to get my security deposit back and even that process has been difficult. I was a first time renter and they took advantage of it. I have photos upon photos and videos of the mice being left in front of the staff doors and a mouse running down the stairs. I had a moment during summer time last year in 2023 where my door would not lock or closed and it took maintenance and staff to get back to me a whole week, so I had a restless week of no sleep and no work bcs fear of someone getting into my apartment. I had to shove a ladder between the kitchen frame and door to jam it shut in order to feel any sort of safety. Like I mentioned before the staff is very rude, this one lady got into it with me talking about her pregnancy being in a hotel and telling me I should be blessed to have a place when I simply came down there to inform them it’s inhumane and illegal the way they are treating people, especially w medical conditions and not compensating or maybe just being respectful in general. And also that’s if even u get in contact w the staff because there will be days they don’t answer their door email nor calls so I would find at times impossible to get help. None of my maintainer requests were attended too when I called and left a message and on top of it my issue was never resolved when I put in a complaint when I was chased and attacked by a lose dog in my hallway on the 4th floor which I have witness for this incident. Expect 3/4 of your packages to be stolen and to not get half your mail"

"absolute horrible landlords. elevator broke and the management cannot afford to fix it the people at the front desk are rude and send maintenance workers to your door with no heads up. they then pound on your door hoping you will let a masked stranger into your house. i had to take them to court to move out and insure we got our money back. paid rent to the court and expect them to not return our deposit. look elsewhere they slumlords are the worst"

"Worse place to live!! Elevator is been out of service for 3 months I live in the 5 floor and pregnant! The worse …. Disgusting building garbage on the hallways, on the stairs,and on the doors!! The only good thing is that the apartments are beautiful but Very very expensive apartment for a disgusting building… Hallway smell like garbage… A lot of mice!! No heaters … they control the heaters but they never are on… on this cold weather! Don’t recommend it! 0 stars for me"

"Therey are super nice to you the first time you meet; until you sign on those dotted lines. My mom lives here for over 6 years now. She seldom stay at the apartment because she works out of town and she NEVER owes any rent. The manager of this building is VERY NASTY to the tenants in the way she communicates with the tenants (by screaming at them) and they NEVER fix anything thats gone wrong and she LIES ALOT; in the event that they do decide to replace something thats broken, rest asure a month later it will stop working again. In her own words whenever you call her to report an issue she said "you're aggrevating her". Sewer water have been coming up in my mom's bathtub and kitchen sink for years now and she have eported but nothing is done. The sad part is when you cannot find another number besides the '860' number provided to report her, and if you do call that number it goes directly to her."
