"I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a conference. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The location was easy to get to with good parking and it was close enough to the airport for an easy drive the next morning."

"This review is specifically regarding Tina Fleming. We have a weekend stay booked at Marriott and thought we found a cheaper price on a different website online. Tina went SO above and beyond to help look into this and figured out that this other website was a scam. She totally saved us. She is warm, caring, brilliant, and provides the HIGHEST level of customer service imaginable. She is an incredible reflection on the entire Marriott Hartford staff - and Marriott in general. She is the single most helpful, hard-working hotel staff member I have ever met (and I have stayed at a LOT of hotels). She truly blew me away and is really the best of the best!"
