"Disgusting apartment! Didn't have enough time to find an apartment so my family had to settle for this dump! Huge rats in the dumpster and they visit you at home. After a couple months roaches started to pop up. They never "remodeled" our bathroom. Everything in the bathroom is moldy and peeling. Paint also peeling in the bedrooms. "Maintenance" walks into your apartment and they do not inform you of anything. They also don't fix anything. 7 months living here and I still haven't had a replacement burner for my "brand new" stove (broken before use). Upon moving in the refrigerator was broken I was pregnant without a refrigerator! No reimbursement for food that had gone bad. There are no pets allowed but everyone has pets and rats running around. The building hall also smells, the apartment closets smell of smoke. The office and maintenance are useless!!!! They also accused my husband of paying rent late when he was early. Disorganized unproffesional and rude is what Avalon villages employees are. SPARE yourself the aggravation Do not move here!!! The heat is way too high you cannot control it. I pray that I'll get my full deposit back and that they won't blame any of the broken "brand new" appliances or peeling walls on my family. And another very important thing the RATS ate the wires on my husbands car!! Who's paying for that?"
