"Tldr: STAY AWAY from this property. Empire Realty will NOT return your security deposit unless you threaten them with attorneys or law suits. The new owners are dishonest and unresponsive. ZERO stars. I want to STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from choosing this apartment complex. Upon moving out, we were told we would receive our security deposit within 30 days. The 30 days past and we sent dozens of emails, voicemails, and written mail asking for our security deposit back with NO response from anyone. Only after seriously threatening them with a law suit, did we receive a short voicemail telling us to expect the security deposit in the mail. They gave us NO explanation or apology about the delay. Please see a very similar Google review from another tenant by searching "Empire real estate group Connecticut" on Google. I wish I had read that before so I would have known what to expect from Empire Realty. They have SCAMMED many past tenants by not returning security deposits."

"I wish there was a zero star rating. The old owners were great, but since the building was sold in March of 2022, Empire Realty is a total nightmare. They jacked the rents way up and created a mass exodus, leaving around half the units empty. They tried to evict me in August even though I had paid the rent as per my previous lease. After I moved out but before I cleaned the unit they stole my cleaning and moving supplies. They often don't answer emails and calls, and when they do, they don't identify who is who, and seemingly random people pop out of the woodwork. They don't provide details of anything and are not just totally unprofessional, they are downright crooks. DO NOT RENT HERE UNTIL THE BUILDING IS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!"

"These luxary beautiful apartments give you a home feel. Heated pool outside, it's pet friendly including a wash station for your pets, a gym, and community rooms on all 3 floors. Feel like you're on vacation everyday Ina beautiful resort. Everything is brand new top to bottom. New management. !"
