"This place is the worst. I can only live there for a year. Fist the air conditioner did not work I was promised it would be fixed, A year later it was still broken. I had to purchase a remote on my own so I could use it. The carpet was coming apart in the living room when I moved in. It got worse over the year, now they want me to pay for it. The ceiling in the bathroom came down, and although I tried may times to get it fixed, even letting them know when I was on vacation from work, so I would be available so they could come in to do the repairs. Not even a phone call. The front closet door came off the rollers and when I tried to open it I scratched the other door. reported this and again It was never fixed. Then there was the roaches, I received a letter stating they were going to spay and followed there instructions and they did not spray my apartment. A few weeks later I reported I still had roaches. and they sprayed Twice and I still had roaches the day I moved out. never got my deposit back and I paid $1300 their cost for a month in a month to month lease even though I was only there for 6 days and they want $1500 more. They turned my account over to a collection agency who I never heard from and my account now shows 30 days past do ruining my credit. I would advise everyone to stay away from this apartment complex"
