"So disappointed with this hotel! The noisiest hotel I have had to stay in, every door slam, and every person talking sounds like it’s your room! I even had to go out at 10:30pm and ask an opposite room to keep the noise down as they were so loud, my toddlers have been disturbed every night we’ve stayed here even though we have a suite! There are no windows in the bedrooms and small windows in our lounge so it’s like a cave! I called down to reception to ask if housekeeping could possibly clean the room while I was out- 2.5 hours later when I returned it wasn’t clean and they didn’t knock to clean the rest of the evening! When they cleaned the next day they left extra body lotion and no body wash!!! There is no room service only a smart restaurant downstairs which isn’t fun with a 2 and 4 year old, and breakfast is an $11 voucher for the donut shop downstairs!! Which literally gets you four donuts, just what I want to feed myself and two toddlers for breakfast! All in all one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in! Checked out 2 days early!"
