"Apartment searching is always a stressful time, but Nina made the experience smooth and easy. After touring this apartment complex I knew it was going to be home and have absolutely loved living here. The apartments are beautiful, the amenity spaces are great, and the location is in such a convenient spot. I am looking forward to being here for a while."
"My tour with Nina was great! She answered all my questions and I loved the property."
"This is an absolutely beautiful expensive apartment complex, which I could say so much about, my father has been living here for the past couple years, and he finds his home to be very comforting with a very kind community and serene surroundings…The one thing he does not favor so much as he is getting older is that these apartments are handicap accessible, but there are only stairs leading up to his apartment, which is on the third floor, making it not so accessible for him to go out and about as much as he would like, aside from this, the apartments are absolutely beautiful, and so very spacious with updated appliances, outdoors, there is a inground pool, they also have a private dog park, there is a main lobby area and a large fitness center."
"I'm really enjoying my new home at Saybrook Station. The people are very welcoming, the amenities are great including the free of charge car vacuum, heated pool, fire pit with loungers for cooler nights, 1980's video game machine, free coffee in the lounge, barbeques for use by all, and a really nice fitness center. I'm sure there is more, but I feel like I've dropped into Relaxationville (tip of the cap to the late great Jimmy Buffet). Now my weekends are mine, all mine!!!! Oh, and my dog even loves it too....2 guys just enjoying their lives! PS - looks like every review that isn't 5 stars are people complaining about the price. What are you expecting from an upscale community in a beautiful shoreline town, $1,200 apartments? Have to get real, not everyone gets to live in the same level of place, that was me for much of my life and I didn't feel the need to lower the rating of places I couldn't afford, what's the point?"
"Nina showed me a couple of units and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Beautiful and well maintained apartments, and the residents I encountered were all very friendly and personable. There are always dog treats available (love the pet-friendliness!) at the clubhouse, as well as free, good quality coffee and snacks! And they are always having little community get-togethers and cookouts to celebrate holidays and special days. You really do get a lot for your money with all of the amenities here!"
