"I book a room every now and then through Priceline. The Hotel Manager, was annoyed that I booked through them and not directly with them due to CT tax purposes. However Priceline , they get a commission for each room that they have a client in. The manager was rude, and careless and didn't care that it was a holiday! Save your money if you want a good stay. Look into the quality in they have a pool & a bar right in the same hotel."

"Great stay dogs stay free so definitely is a major plus they were very nice and accommodating only problem I had was the fact that I was told one price for an extra nite by a lady but when I got there and went to pay for it it was alot more than I thought but it was a Saturday nite so I guess that makes sense I stayed almost a week and I would stay again the room was clean the floors have no carpet big plus also because it stayed smelling good due to that and the people who clean are very good at it and nice I will stay again next year I hope but hopefully not so much on a Saturday nite again"

"We rented several rooms for our daughter's wedding in the area the rooms were clean and comfortable they allowed us a late checkout for two of the rooms for people that were leaving after the wedding while several of us stayed after the wedding it was a great experience all around"

"Rooms were clean, but the bed was terrible and the hotel was overall hot. The room eventually cooked off. The staff were hard to communicate with, and were not present when you needed something. They refused to give me an extra towel for my long hair. We also got the jacuzzi tub room, and the jets were broken. Staff explained to us twice how to use it, it still didn't work and they refused to come in themselves or check while we were checking out. We paid for something we didn't get to use. Breakfast was a grab and go costco half water bottle, a beat up banana, a chewy bar and a mini muffin. If you're hust passing through town, it's a clean place to lie your head, but otherwise go somewhere elses."

"The staff there are very welcoming. I enjoy the room with a jacuzzi suite it's very clean ,and nice and relaxing. The location is perfect to get to Hammonasset Beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. This is my second stay here and I will definitely be back. Thank you!"
