"I can honestly say that Woodrow Wilson apartments and Rak Realty (the management company) are both amazing. The apartments are modern, spacious, and include heating/cooling as well as water/sewer. The community is friendly but also quiet. No parties in the middle of the night to wake you up. Also, everyone at Rak Realty, but especially Liz, were very polite and professional in all of their dealings with me. Maintenence and repairs were taken care of promptly and efficiently. I can honestly say that I wish Rak Realty had properties outside of CT as I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a great place to live in Middletown CT, I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough."
