"I wanna give this company a zero for misinformation and discrimination due to your gender of sex preference not tolerated sorry and due to if you don’t have good credit they will deny your application it was told you pay 2 times the rent if credit not good with no prior evictions and as long your rent is covered and have income you still can rent to my knowledge I did my own research with true facts and accurate information there’s residents who resides at 510 are drug users just loud and nasty who had no income no job no good credit and only had a subsidy and gave a security deposit and got approved and lives at 510 months after they got approved for SSI with their 425 sq feet studio apartment it’s sad that decent good peoples get treated in such manner who can afford their rent with no problems after finding out about 510 and the residents it’s not what it seems to be a total waste that’s why a lot of their older tenants are moving out such a shame went downhill"

"it's crazy u gotta make 3.5 times your rent what makes it any of their business where you spend or save your money as long as ur bills are paid ridiculous.... and they still wanted the $25 to do a check and 125 for the apartment hold. got to be crazy cuz as soon as when you give them $125 you don't get the apartment. it would take them like a month to give it back to you. crazy"

"I could not believe how quickly this issue was soloved. I had placed the call that the stove's range top had suddenly stopped heating at all. The maintenance staff came same day, and the stove was completely replaced the following day......there was a knock on the door, the stove was removed and replaced in moments. Unreal service. If nobody has praised them to the higher-ups, we'll that's a damn shame. Everyone here has been absolutely fantastic here from property and leasing management down to the maintenance man frequently seen in the golf cart fixing one thing or another. So with 280 units......there is something to be said for this. Thank you to all. Brian"

"I've been looking for an apartment for past two months & as everyone knows, it's an extremely tedious process. This apartment was the last one on my list to take a look at & out all the people i was talking to, Tatiana came in clutch! I sell cars, so i understand a salesperson & Tatiana was the only one out of like 20 people i talked to that had great energy, and made the process fun!
