"My parents have lived here for 3 years. The apartments are very old fashioned. Getting help with maintenance takes forever unless it’s a dire emergency. For the amount of rent you pay here you’re better off looking elsewhere. You can easily get a modernized place with better maintenance for the same price. Also, there’s rarely anyone at the leasing office. 90% of the time if you call, you’ll be forwarded to voicemail. The only reason my parents are still here is due to some personal issues but they want nothing more than to move. find a better place if you can."

"The management is great and always call back immediately when you have a concerning problem. The Maintenance crew are also great and fix any problem real quick. I recommend renting here"

"None of the advertised units were available for viewing. The 1 bedroom I was shown was nice. But the hallway was carpeted and I am allergic to carpet, so that is a no go."

"The apartment we rented was beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. But the best thing about the Hemingway Place (Encore 99) apartment complex is the wonderful staff who work so hard to make sure that it's a great place to live. They genuinely care about all the tenants and they create a living positive environment. Thank you Alba, Monica and Steve!!"

"Upon moving out in March I have yet to hear about what’s going on with the security deposit. The walls are paper thin and neighbors can hear you even if your walking if you drop something on the floor inside apartment A4 the apartment underneath starts banging on the ceiling like a monkey. They advertised there was swimming there is none. The washers are so out of date your clothes smell a bit like bad musty water the dryers you’ll end up spending double people are honestly better off going to a laundromat."
