"I spent 3 hours here with a choppy jagged cut. See photos for longer lengths on the back most inner layer and choppy, jagged cut on the sides. The stylist was very nice & kind but left me with an awful cut after spending a significant amount of time there. Will not be returning. I feel like I should be paid to have my hair practiced on for this amount of time, the cost of getting it fixed elsewhere just to straighten this trim before I travel due to their limited hours & not to mention the time wasted."
