Reviews
"Excellent staff and beautiful property. Love the pond and the grounds! 5 stars!!"
"They just are not interested to show any apartments. After numerous calls and emails, they just respond with one word and clearly not interested to rent out any units. The hallways smell like garbage. Edit: replying to the owner here. Your office is always closed. I visited three times and everytime I was asked to come next day or some other day by an employee in the parking lot. The phone number pasted on the door doesn’t work. The guy over the email responds with one word replies after two days. Clearly shows how good your customer service is. And if you don’t have any units available, you shouldn’t have posted in online platforms that you have available units. What I’m complaining is being asked to come the next day and then the staff not showing up. This happened two times already."
"I have lived here for 3 years and I was very miserable with the management prior. They did not care about the tenants. I once informed the manager about the mold problem, and they told me “Open a window and that’ll do it”. On the other hand, the new management is fantastic. In the first 3 days of their ownership, there were more improvements and overall care shown towards the property than the previous 3 years I’ve been here. The new staff is both friendly & helpful."
"There is not a word in the dictionary bad enough to describe this apartment. There is mold growing in the carpets that caused me to have an allergic reaction for three months post leaving. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors snoring or talking at a normal speaking volume at all times and people were always complaining about it. Constant car break ins in the lot. I had to get a lawyer to break my lease. This property is under new management and I hope they are better than the last and make some improvements. Still I would not recommend living in this place it is not worth it. If you find yourself renting an apartment behind the door 16, be prepared for harassment by your neighbor."
"New management are doing great. I know sometimes with a transition it could be hard at first but with everything going on they are fixing what was unfixed. They are being better with communication and are handling things as should. Work orders are handled quickly and we love the work being done in the property. I met with the new Property Manager and he is a sweet young man and cares, it sucks that he is not always there but when he is, he tries his best to make sure all our questions are answered. They are doing lots of updates- pavement looks great, the exterior and interior of buildings are being painted. I know that ones things set in with the new ownership that came in everything will be much better than prior owners."
