"Receptionist working on 12/27/23 was super rude. No compassion and lacks sympathy. Does not even know proper phone etiquette. I feel bad for the vet because people will double think bringing their pets here if your receptionist acts like someone who hates their job."

"First and last time I was here was in February. I had just moved to area and was looking for new vet. Just needed a simple gland expression for my dog. Doctor had a lot of opinions about my dog's "dry" skin and more. It was winter, and I've never gotten this feedback from vets I trust. After exam, I asked front desk if I can repeat visits for gland expression only and was told it would be a full exam fee each time. Not ideal, as I would normally make an appointment monthly. Top it all off, they gave me some antibiotics to give her, but realized the package had a different pet/owner name on it when I got home. Will not be returning here unless I am desperate."
