"horrific experience renting with these people! I’ve dealt with flooding mice and roach infestation within a 1 month time frame of me renting with them. They didn’t care about the Traumatic and inhumane living conditions I was enduring. don’t rent from these slum lords!"

"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. There are far more discrepancies to be told than the ones mentioned in this post, but I’ll focus on these as they pertain to health. There is a roach and mice infestation; management ignores written requests via email for pest control, even with photo evidence. I reported this to the state, and an inspection was performed; Blue Garden was ordered by the state to fix the violations in my apartment. They sent pest control one time, and they haven’t been back since. The walls are deteriorating from within, and they have ignored my emails for the past year regarding this. There is mold in all windows; management has ignored my emails with documented proof. The building is not accessible; the elevator has not been operating in over a year and many of the residents are handicapped and elderly. These issues were reported to management in 2022; it is now 2024 and the problems have worsened. I wouldn’t recommend this housing to the homeless. Please see the attached photos."

"From the beginning they show me nice renovated apartment i agreed to pay $1350 to pay that apartment after i paid deposit my moving date after i pay monthly rent that time that they changed my apartment to different one i asked manager karina Rahos was work that time she told me its look like same but i open apartment what they gave me not the same it was non renovated bathroom and kitchen bathroom room tiles are broken very unclean kitchen cupboards handle broken when i entered apartment still two painting brush and equipments were there it’s was after painting i called office they sent me maintenance person to look that that person called his personal phone and tell her you give wrong apartment it was not what he looked but lady talk to me with his phone she said that apartment only we can give if don’t like bring the key you lost your deposit only give monthly payment i told her that wrong you have to give me same apartment what you show me after that she spoke me very rude i decided to say because i already bring my stuff and hand over my old apartment after that i tried complain to so many people no one give me a feedback now they renovating two apartments front my apartment so loudly they did not have any notice or nothing very unclean service area lost of dust my apartment heating not working i called them sent emails they didn’t fix when i called different person said different things very bad management experience"

"I’ve been living here for 3 years and I’m more than satisfied with my experience. Management is kind and very understanding, they also are great with communication. My neighbors are very kind. The apartments are bigger than anything else I’ve seen around, prices are affordable, since I travel for work they keep my packages safe for me in the office. The apartments are newly renovated so they have a fresh feel to it. It’s always clean and they come fast when I report I need anything fixed like a lightbulb or something. I would definitely recommend"
