"Impossible to contact them"

"Lived in one of the townhouse apartments here for 6 years. Beautiful property and my unit was nice, but insulated very poorly. Electric bills in winter hit $450/month every year. Really liked management but the parent company changed around 2014 and then response times went way down. Basement flooded due to the hot water heater leak that I did not catch for 5 or 7 days (slow leak). Turned out heater was over 25 years old and never changed. Had to file a $4000 claim with my renters insurance for lost items and was disappointed management refused to even cover the deductible. Probably could have sued as they are not allowed to be that old in CT. Caused big mold and mildew problem that was never properly fixed so I moved out at least end. Place has such potential but 3 stars is best I can do for it. I'd never go back which is a shame."

"I visited my friend's mom up there.the place is perfect and great rooms and space.id love to go there myself.but its 11/2 hr ride nice Yonkers I like it..its definitely peaceful. This place is on my consideration list should I move to Connecticut"
