Supercuts

"This was the first time I came to this Supercuts or any Supercuts actually. I went in to get a shampoo and blow dry, because I have tendinitis in my arm. Tina was so nice to talk to and I can tell how much experience she had and I asked her to cut a little off the end and shape me a little Bit. And then she blow-dried it and flat ironed it and it really came out so nice. Better than I was even thinking. I’m gonna go back this week for more shampooing until my arm is better and then we’re gonna start some color in A couple of weeks. I went online and made an appointment a few hours before and then I was able to get right in. I must say it was a great salon experience!"

"Had an appointment at noon. Called around 11 am to double check time and it was noon. When I got there I was told it would be a minute and I sat there till 1230 without even being acknowledged again and finally got up and walked out. I don’t have time to sit around for 30 mins on my only day off. If I schedule an appointment at noon I expect to get a hair cut at noon. 5 min wait ok but not 30."
