"This place is horrible to live in. The supervisor has favoritism for horrible people who love to make drama. Although the rent may be low, the amount of issues, broken structure and involvement with the police does not make it suitable to live in. There have been many moments where some of the tenants gang up on others due to insecurities. Loyalty is not present here and if you have kids, get ready to have the kids from other tenants threatening you. Do NOT have friends in this place. I have seen more than 50% of the people be evicted just because they had different opinions than the people who are friends with the supervisor."
