"If I could give zero stars I would. Began with being completely ignored while waiting my turn. I almost walked out as the stylist I was scheduled with was enjoying conversation with another stylist and it was already 15 minutes past my appointment. Still I was ignored. Finally, I am brought to the chair, I showed a picture of some light layering I wanted around the bottom of my hair, and she proceeded to take a large section from the top of my head and cut. I was so mortified and speechless. I said “no, no, that not what is in this picture! And she looked at it again and said , well, how about we just shave the back up with an 8 guard…. Omg I had no choice at this point but to get it so very short. I finally stopped her from going any further. I could barely walk to the car without crying. It’s been 4 months and it still is t where I wanted it, and have had to get help from someone else to help me get by with this disaster."

"I also asked for long layer cut. I brought a great picture in of the cut I was looking for and discussed it with her. I got an undercut short bob. I noticed it was uneven. She had to go shorter to correct it. It is still uneven. Apparently this hairdresser does one cut and does it poorly."

"Asked for a trim with long layers. My hair is completely butchered off now. A small trim turned into 5 inches off of my hair and I am angry and haven't stopped crying. My hair was more than half way down my back and now I can barely put it into a bun. I don't understand why a tiny trim turned into a massive chop! This salon was another bad experience"

"8 months ago had a perm by illyssa it was obvious that she did not know what she was doing but she fried my hair so bad I had to get it cut. All she had to do was say she wasn’t sure or I don’t know how n we would not have gone any further. Be careful is all I’m saying here"
