"The first time I came to the salon I had a great experience which led me to of course come back. Crystal trimmed my hair and it was perfect. The second time I came back a much younger hair stylist trimmed and colored my hair and when I got home I realized she had cut my hair where one side was noticibly longer than the other. I called the salon and arranged for Crystal to fix the haircut. Crystal did trim my hair and styled it but again when I got home my hair was still an inch longer on one side. Disappointed and annoyed with the multiple visits for something as simple as a trim. I will not be returning to this salon."
