"I’ve been here several times and have had a pleasant experience each time with both my hair and my daughter’s hair until very recently. I went over the weekend and the stylist was really rude. She didn’t tell me her name or speak to me much. I told her exactly what I wanted and even showed her a picture. It was a simple trim the back and sides and leave the top alone. She completely butchered my hair and gave me a hair cut most suited for a little boy. I am absolutely appalled with what she did to my hair that I cried the entire way home. I’m forced to wear wigs now because it’s too short to do anything with and there is no saving it at this point. I don’t know the lady’s name that did this to my hair but she was an older lady. I absolutely do not recommend ever letting her touch your hair. She will hack your hair and not even care how you feel about it."

"I am absolutely APPALLED by the way I was just treated, how my fiancé was treated & ALSO how they freaked out my 19 month old son. I made an appointment yesterday. I accidentally forgot my haircut money at home, I didn't go back to get it because I WAS RESPECTING the time they told us to be there. SO when I walk in after they FREAKED my son out COMPLETELY KNOWING HIS AGE & ACCEPTED HIM BUT YET IT WAS A PROBLEM SO YOU FREAK MY SON OUT?! When I walked in, the ladies gave me the nastiest looks & treated me TERRIBLY because I didn’t have my money & my son’s eyes were full of tears because of them. DISGUSTING. BUT YET my two boys got their haircuts & charged my 19 MONTH OLD SON over $20 for a 5 MINUTE HAIR CUT. I already contacted cooperation to deal with this matter. I will NEVER GO BACK. & THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TWO LADIES WHO DISRESPECTED ME & MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASN’T ALLOWED BECAUSE I FORGOT MY MONEY & AFFECTED MY SON! YOU GUYS ALSO FREAKED MY FIANCÉ OUT BY HOW YOU DEALT WITH MY SON. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS!"

"Brought my 9 year old daughter in today for a simple cut of maybe 3 inches. Not only was the woman [didn't get her name, wasn't given her name and no name tag] extremely rude, but she cut it in about 5 minutes.. it looked OK when we left I thought. I was so annoyed with her attitude I just wanted to leave. I get my daughter out of the shower and brush her hair and when I tell you she did a hack job..I almost cried. So how her I am cutting my own daughters hair so she doesn't go to school looking ridiculous.. I got it as straight as I could, but really... you took my money.. you were rude.. to top it off you did a horrible job! She's a child and you didn't care. Quit your job if you hate it."

"Booked an appointment online. When I got to the salon, the stylist was texting on her phone. After about 3 minutes she acknowledged us and said she had no openings and was not even apologetic. If your site allows for appointments when there are no appointments available its a problem. I traveled to get there and had to go back home. Poor customer service."

"Stylist Tameka is the best. Look how happy she made my mom! She is always so thorough and patient and sweet. Convenient location and a price that cant be argued with. Bring your mask!"
