"Rose is really great at what she does. I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders and she did not let me down. My neck hasn't felt this good in quite a long time. I will be going back often. "This place is awesome. Rose is the only person who took care of me (for now). She is very nice, knowledgeable, and loves her massage and facial. I never really had many facials, but this one was amazing. She tells you what she applies to your face and what it does. The hot towel and shoulder massage felt so good. The place really feels like a spa, not just call a spa. At the end (both time was night ), she even walked me to my car, which it was so cold last time and told her she didn't have to."

"I had an appointment for a massage a few weeks ago when I suddenly felt very sick upon going in. I felt so terrible having to cancel last minute from the parking lot, but Rose was so incredible! She offered to bring me some water and wait with me until a relative came to pick me up. About an hour after I got home, she gave me a call to check up on me and made sure I got home safely. Top notch customer service! Their services are fantastic too, I am a returning customer and will continue to go here for some much needed pampering."

"I have been getting a Brazilian wax done each month by Lauren for the last 3 months, and plan on continuing with the maintenance appointments indefinitely. Lauren is personable, professional, easy to talk to, and I really enjoy the appointment time to talk about normal life things that we have in common! My first appointment was a little challenging pain wise but made easier by Lauren talking me through it and doing everything she could to make the appointment go smoothly. The Spa itself is decorated so nicely and they do cute themes like "Margarita" theme that I saw at my last visit. I haven't taken advantage of the other services available at the Spa yet, but I hope to do so in the future! It's very cute and calm, and I love the layout of the business with pedicures done in one area, waxing in another and massage/facials in another. My first visit Lauren gave me a tour which I thought was a nice touch and definitely helped me make the decision to continue my appointments there. I'm happy I found this business when I googled "waxing near me". I live in Monson, MA and it is about a 20 min drive from my house. I would imagine it's a convenient commute for both towns surrounding Monson and those coming from CT. Can't want to try more services here! Thank you!"
