"I’ve been getting my haircut at Cost Cutters in Cromwell Connecticut since I moved to Connecticut in 2010 they’re usually very quick and reasonably priced. since Covid Their hours have been unpredictable, including what’s on the door is not always correct. my working hours don’t always allow me to get there during their abbreviated hours, I have gotten there before with 15 to 20 minutes to close. Sometimes they take me sometimes they tell me sorry there’s someone waiting and we’re closing so we won’t have time for you tonight. I showed up at 20 minutes to closing and I sat down and five minutes later when one of the ladies was done cutting someone else’s hair she came over to me and said sorry we won’t be able to take you. There’s someone ahead of you , I won’t be going there anymore. When I started to ask for who’s in charge and when will they be here The woman that greeted me five minutes earlier but said nothing about it being too late, walked away from me and I had to ask another lady that was doing someone else’s hair. Note their business cards don’t reflect current hours posted on the door."

"Let me start with saying that Sarah is the best hair stylist ever, she took the time to recreate the haircut I wanted, checked the picture every so often to make sure she got it right, very knowledgeable with an amazing service. Now for the story, if y’all want to read it: I moved to CT from Texas last year, because of the pandemic I started doing my own haircuts, until a few months ago when I started going to a barbershop in Bristol, did not like what they were doing but I kept going, my hair was really messed up about two months ago so I made an appointment with another barbershop in Middletown where the wait is long. A friend of mine got a haircut today here in the AM and looked amazing, so I canceled my appointment to the other place and came here. Best decision ever, everyone is so nice and sweet, Brenda is all smiles and all the hair stylists are sweet, but Sarah is definitely the best, she’s amazing lol !"
